Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Random Decision iOS application (the "App") provided by AppStudio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict about your license to the App, Apple's terms control to the extent required.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you and supervise your use of the App.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, AppStudio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple. The App and all rights not expressly granted remain owned by AppStudio and its licensors.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security, interfere with service operation, or access the App in an unauthorized way, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the App or AI features to create, submit, or share illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Probe, overload, automate abusive requests to, or misuse any third-party service used by the App.

5. Your Content & AI Features

You retain your rights in the text and lists you enter. You grant us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide the feature you request, operate the App, maintain security, and comply with law.

AI features are optional and use third-party model providers. Do not enter confidential, personal, regulated, or sensitive information. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use generated output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inappropriate, or unavailable, and it is not professional advice. Review output before relying on or sharing it.

6. Random Results & Responsible Use

The App is intended for entertainment and everyday decision assistance. Random or AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be statistically suitable for gambling, regulated drawings, security, medical care, legal matters, finance, safety, emergencies, or other high-stakes decisions. You remain responsible for every decision and action you take.

7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases that unlock Pro features or remove ads. The product name, billing period, trial (if any), and price are shown in the App before purchase. Prices vary by storefront and are charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price shown for your subscription.
• You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where permitted.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Features and offers may differ by region, App version, eligibility, or experiment. We may change future prices or offerings with the notice and consent required by Apple and applicable law. Benefits already purchased remain subject to the purchase terms displayed at confirmation.

8. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The free version may display third-party advertising. The App also relies on Apple, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Superwall, OpenRouter, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and other platform or infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms, may change, and may be unavailable in some regions. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond what applicable law requires.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles local decision data, contacts, AI prompts, analytics, diagnostics, advertising data, and purchase information. By using the App, you acknowledge those practices and the choices described there.

10. Intellectual Property & Feedback

The App, branding, interface, artwork, software, and supplied content are protected by intellectual-property laws. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to improve or promote the App without an obligation to compensate you.

11. Availability, Changes & Termination

We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the App. We do not promise that every feature, integration, or generated result will always be available. We may suspend access if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppStudio and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Terms & Changes

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence govern these Terms. We may update the Terms when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
