By downloading or using the Random Decision app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.
License
AppStudio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Use of the App
You agree to use Random Decision only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Circumvent any security measures in the App
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Random Decision offers optional Pro subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. AppStudio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The App's random outputs are for entertainment and decision-assistance purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
